REFUND POLICY
At Web Season Portal, we aim to provide a seamless renewal process for our tenants. This refund policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be issued for payments made during the season renewal process.
1. Season Renewal Cancellation:
1.1 Tenants who cancel their season renewal after making the payment are not eligible for a any refund. However, in the case of an overcharge or other billing errors, WPM will proceed with the refund process subject on approval.
